Andy Sheffield is an American-born Creative Director who splits time between the east and west coast of America, though he grew up somewhere in the middle. After turning an ability to ‘draw good’ into a proper design career, he has managed to make reasonable work for everyone from Fortune 100 companies to Steven Spielberg. Seeing as his favorite movie as a kid (ok and now) was Jurassic Park, he thought that was pretty neat. Andy currently works at the house Jobs built, as a Senior Creative for AppleTV+ in Los Angeles.
Hi I'm Andy and on fancy things like résumés I’m most often a Creative Director. Truth be told I do a lot of things and create a wide variety of creative work. In both my official and unofficial capacities, finding a way to do work that is meaningful, fun and show-off-worthy is always top of the list.
I think, make, talk about my work, and do those things pretty well. I want to affect change, culture and be interesting. Sound alright? Currently I work in entertainment in Los Angeles, amongst other things.

Andy Sheffield is an accomplished designer and creative director, currently with Apple TV+ in Los Angeles. Starting his career in consumer packaging design he moved on to freelance identity and art direction work before landing at a digital ad agency in New York. There he learned how to make decks, direct film, build expensive websites, weave interesting narratives, pitch like an ad-pro and generally become a real-life creative director. With a wide skillset and range from high-level strategy down to the details of typographic execution, there are few points in the design process Andy can’t think through, present, direct or sit down and make.
Previously as Creative Director for GRAVILLIS, Andy oversaw a full launch campaign for the audio adaptation of Neil Gaiman's The Sandman for Audible and DC, as well as the ProMax-awarded campaign for Lincoln: Divided we Stand with CNN. Andy's poster work includes Dolemite is my Name for Netflix, Steven Spielberg's West Side Story and the Clio-awarded Honey Boy for Amazon Studios. During his tenure in the entertainment industry he has worked on projects for 20th Century Fox, A24 Films, A&E, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV+, BBC, EPiX, Disney, Focus Features, Hulu, The History Channel, HBO/MAX, NBCUniversal, Magnolia Pictures, Netflix, Screen Gems, STX Films and Warner Bros. Pictures. Previous client work includes Amazon, Campbell’s, Heineken USA, L’Oreal USA, Getty Images, Adobe, Alibaba, Unilever, Wynn Nightlife and many more.
